Realtors of Hope Org is an independent charitable real estate referral organization and is not legally affiliated with the disaster relief organizations it supports.

Buyers and sellers are not clients of Realtors of Hope or its staff, owners, board members, or employees. Realtors of Hope does not provide real estate brokerage services, does not represent buyers or sellers, and does not participate in real estate transactions.

Participating real estate brokers and their agents independently represent buyers and sellers. These brokers and agents may voluntarily pay referral fees to Realtors of Hope, which help fund donations to American disaster relief.

Referral commissions received by Realtors of Hope are allocated as follows: 75% is donated to American disaster relief and supported organizations, and 25% is used to support operating costs. Referral commissions are received pursuant to referral agreements with participating brokers and agents. Realtors of Hope is not obligated to make donations outside the terms of the applicable referral agreement.
