Charitable Organization

Realtors of Hope is a charitable Realtor referral organization. From every referral commission received, 75% is donated directly to American disaster relief, with the remaining 25% supporting the operating costs of our charitable organization.

Making a Difference

Make a difference through your real estate activities by accepting referrals from Realtors of Hope—or by giving back as a Realtor of Compassion Hope Partner.

Hope Partners are caring Realtors who share a portion of their commission from their own clients to support disaster relief through Realtors of Hope. These contributions may be tax-deductible, and they provide the satisfaction of helping families who have lost their homes due to natural disasters.

Realtors of Hope partners with caring, excellent Realtors and donates 75% of referral commissions to help fund American disaster relief.

Referral Fees

For ready-to-buy or ready-to-sell clients, our standard referral fee is 25% of the Realtor’s commission.

Hope Partners

Realtors who want to give back can participate through an act as a Hope Partner—sharing a portion of their commission from their own clients to support American disaster relief.

Client Leads

Our ready-to-buy and ready-to-sell client leads come from buyers and sellers actively seeking a Realtor and from those within our disaster relief community who want to make a difference through their transaction.

Realtors of Hope is a Christian charitable organization dedicated to supporting American disaster relief through excellent Realtor service and by donating 75% of all referral commissions to Send Relief and SBDR.

Participating buyers and sellers are not real estate clients of Realtors of Hope, nor of its staff, owners, board members, or employees. Realtors of Hope does not represent buyers or sellers and does not participate in real estate transactions or in the buying or selling process.

Participating real estate brokers and their Realtors independently represent buyers and sellers. These brokers and Realtors pay voluntarily referral fees to Realtors of Hope, which help fund donations towards American disaster relief.

Referral commissions received by Realtors of Hope are allocated as follows: 75% is donated to American disaster relief and the organizations supported, and 25% supports the operating costs of the charitable organization; Realtors of Hope. Referral commissions are received pursuant to referral agreements with participating Realtors. Realtors of Hope is not obligated to make donations outside the terms of the applicable Realtor referral agreement.
