Realtor Referrals

Charitable Organization

Realtors of Hope is the Realtor Referral Program that is a 100% charitable giving organization.  From every referral commission received we donate 75% to American disaster relief and 25% to operating of our charitable organization.

Making a Difference

Make a difference with your Realtor activities by either accepting a referral from us, or as a Realtor of Compassion giving through a Reverse Referral.  We receive donations as Reverse Referrals when caring Realtors share a portion of their commission using their own clients.  It’s tax free and you will have the satisfaction of supporting others who have lost their homes due to natural disasters.

Referral Fees

Our normal referral fee for a ready to buy or sell client is 25% of the Realtor commission.

Reverse Referrals

Realtor’s who want to support Americans in need of disaster relief help with Reverse Referrals.  This is when the Realtor shares a portion of their commission as a smaller referral fee from their own client and choose the disaster relief organization to receive our donation.

Qualified Client Leads

We have ready to buy or sell (or both) client leads that come from buyers and sellers who are searching for a Realtor or are a part of our disaster relief community and want to donate through their transaction.

Realtors of Hope Org is an independent charitable Realtor referral organization and not legally associated with the disaster relief organizations that it donates. Participating buyers and sellers are not real estate clients of Realtors of Hope Org or staff, owners, board members or employees and has and holds no representation for parties or participation in real estate transactions or in the buying and selling process. But, participating realty brokers and their Realtors represent buyers and sellers and pay voluntary referral fees towards costs of donations made to disaster relief organizations by Realtors of Hope Org.

100% of Realtors of Hope Org referral commissions go to American disaster relief either directly as disaster relief donations (75%) or to the charitable organization operating cost (25%). Realtors of Hope Org commissions are received through real estate transactions through a referral agreement with a participating Realtor and Realtors of Hope Org is not obligated to donate outside outside of the Realtor Agreement.
